Ana Bakotic is an emotional management specialist whose work is informed by neuroscience, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), the Silva Method, and lived experience.
She supports people in understanding emotional patterns, gaining clarity, and responding more consciously, without blame, labels, or the need to be fixed.
Her approach combines honest reflection with a clear understanding of how emotions influence thought, behaviour, and relationships, helping people step out of repetition and move forward with perspective and responsibility.
Ana grew up in Croatia during the war, an experience that shaped her early understanding of fear, loss, and the impact of inner states on how we experience the world. From a young age, she was drawn to the idea that real change begins within, a theme that has remained central to her work ever since.
In early adulthood, Ana faced profound personal loss with the death of her son’s father. Grief became a turning point, pushing her into deep self-inquiry and disciplined inner practice. Through consistent meditation, reflection, and observation, she experienced a fundamental shift in how she understood herself, emotion, and responsibility, not as abstract ideas, but as lived reality.
Over the years, her approach has continued to evolve through daily inner work, study, and practice. Her thinking has been shaped by a wide range of perspectives, including philosophy, non-dual teachings, mindfulness-based approaches, and contemporary understanding of emotional conditioning and awareness.
What defines Ana’s work is not a single method or belief system, but integration. She does not offer answers to believe in, she offers perspectives that invite people to see more clearly and decide for themselves.
Ana lives what she speaks about, grounding her work in everyday life, relationships, and responsibility. Through her book Love Bullsh!t™, one-to-one insight sessions, talks, and weekly gatherings, she helps people recognise emotional loops, question deeply held beliefs, and move forward with clarity and honesty.
